Madoff judge: Feeder fund investors cannot recover
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Investors in "feeder funds" who lost money in Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme do not qualify as customers of the now-imprisoned swindler, a federal bankruptcy judge ruled on Tuesday.
